Referral rebate model

WhistleIQ may offer subscription rebates where a governing body refers organisations one level down within the officiating structure.

For example, where a national body adopts WhistleIQ and a state body subsequently subscribes, a rebate may be applied to the referring organisation, up to 100 percent of their subscription value.

This model is intentionally limited to one level down to support ecosystem growth while remaining simple and sustainable.
